1- How to return?

  • Please visit the following link to create your return
  • Pack your parcel securely, with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer's packing as delivered to you.
  • Visit your nearest courier office for the drop-off.


2 - Conditions for Returns

  • Before returning a mobile / tablet, the device should be formatted and screen lock should be disabled. The iCloud account should be unlocked for Apple devices. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.


3 - Points to be Noted

  • If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return period.
  • Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
  • Please note that products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed".
  • If the return window of your product has expired, we refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

Please Note that only 7 days replacement policy will be provided to the buyer, if same product or other product as per wish from buyer not available in stock then refund will issued to the buyer desired payment method within 48 hrs.
